Dear Members and Customers,
The advice from the government regards Tier 3 Restrictions in relation to our facility is contradictory and inconstant, so we sought clarification. The governing body of our sport, the NRA, said we must stay closed. We, therefore, started making plans for this.
However, only today the local authority BMBC has advised us that we can RE OPEN, but with restrictions in place severely reducing our ability to operate and trade effectively. The dilemma is, if we remain closed, funds will not be provided for our survival as they have advised we can open. Therefore, we are forced to open and try to operate under Tier 3 restrictions which will be difficult, paying to run a center with all the complete outgoings, minimum staff, and our hands tied behind our backs on what we can and cannot do to create income. A difficult task but, in true Phoenix style, a challenge we will master.
So, for now, the Bar and lounge will remain closed, with individual members being able to book online from Friday the 4th, and attend from Saturday 5th onwards with a reduced service.
All Try Shooting Sessions will be put on hold temporarily until we have put in place a system to operate under the tier 3 restrictions.
Christmas Gift vouchers, memberships and Try shoots vouchers will still be on sale by calling in to collect or messaging us upon factbook and they will be posted out to you.
All previous try shoots and events booked prior lockdown will be rebooked and honoured once we are able to re start the classrooms again. We will contact you at that time to arrange.
Once again, we are determined to ride this storm and I would like to thank you for your support and understanding, this is all beyond our control. We will recover in due course bring back our centre to full service to our members and customers. Stay safe.
Best regards,
Glenn G Smith
